i know i mentioned the mountain goats before, but i have since come across a live music archive where you can download whole bootlegged shows [free], or even track by track. they have some really decent recordings on there. i stumbled upon it just last night, but i already found live recordings of several bands that i listen to, including a very recent MG show. take a look if you are so inclined.
my good friend cody has recorded a few of his many songs for your listening pleasure.
i undergo the first leg of the sleep study tonight, and all day tomorrow. outside contact is forbidden. wish me luck.

the hopeless site is great. just found it through andy's.
and i agree with cody...phyllis is a bad person, whom i currently despise, unless she calls me back, which will make me love her.
we bought death cab tickets...i hope you go.
take heart, phyllis is not entirely evil! crystal & i both receieved calls back and scheduled our screening appointments for this friday (me) and next friday (her).
